Karseras Alexis

Karseras Alexis is a Senior Field IT Manager at Microsoft, where they oversee the CEE & Nordics Global Support Group managing multiple countries. Previously, Karseras served as the IT and Infrastructure Director at Softomotive, where they managed IT operations and infrastructure expansion across continents. Their extensive experience also includes roles at Upstream as an ITOps Manager and Senior Integration Engineer, as well as a Senior VAS System Engineer at Nokia. Karseras holds a Master’s degree in Mobile Communications from Lancaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
