Karthikeyan Balakrishnan is a Principal Engineer at Microsoft, specializing in physical design and contributing over 16 years of experience in CPU and SoC design. Previously, Karthikeyan worked as a Physical Design Lead at Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd, where expertise included RTL to GDS II convergence, STA, and post-silicon speed debugging across multiple server CPU designs.
