Kaushik Baride

Kaushik Baride is a dynamic and result-driven engineering leader with over 12 years of experience leading technical programs, currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft. Previously, Kaushik held positions as a Lead Electronics Engineer at Acuity Brands, where they directed the development of LED drivers and controls, and as a Hardware Engineer at SEL, focusing on robust communication products for harsh environments. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Pune, a Master of Science in Mixed Signal Circuit Design from Arizona State University, and a Master of Engineering Management from Penn State University.
