Currently serving as the Partner GM of Worldwide Learning Products at Microsoft, Kavitha has previously held pivotal roles at Google and Dropbox, driving successful product innovations and strategies that have contributed to multi-billion dollar businesses. They have also co-founded Aurora, a community for executive women leaders, and served as Chief Product Officer at When I Work, overseeing multiple design and product teams. Kavitha's background reflects a blend of large-scale corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors, positioning them as a sought-after industry expert in product management and team leadership. Additionally, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Engineering at The Ohio State University.
