Keena Byrd, PhD, has over 15 years of extensive experience in leading user experience research for product teams. Currently a Senior User Experience Researcher at UiPath, Keena develops and executes studies to inform product strategies and improve user experiences. With previous roles at notable organizations including Meta and NASA, Keena has a proven track record of mentoring research teams and collaborating across diverse functions to address complex socio-technical challenges. Keena is also pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Human Factors at Purdue University.
