Kelvin Bailey

Kelvin Bailey, an accomplished finance professional, currently serves as a Group Finance Manager for Microsoft's MCAPS Organization, where they oversee financial performance and budgeting for the North America and LATAM regions. Previously, they held the position of Group Finance Manager at Microsoft, managing transformative financial systems and partnering with business leads on strategic initiatives. Before joining Microsoft, Kelvin worked at AT&T in various finance and operations roles, culminating as Lead Financial Analyst. They earned an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
