Kerrie Reddall

Kerrie Reddall is an experienced HR consulting director at Microsoft, focusing on the EMEA region. With CIPD accreditation, Reddall has extensive expertise in industrial and employee relations, as well as HR business partnering, and possesses a strong command of employment law across two jurisdictions. Previously, Reddall has held various senior roles in employee relations and HR management across multiple companies, including The Adecco Group and IBEC. Reddall holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with French, Human Resources from the University of Limerick, a Diploma in Law from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, and additional qualifications in training and development and employment law.
