Korey Finnes has over two decades of experience in leadership and consulting roles within the technology sector, prominently at Microsoft since January 1999. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development, Korey has successfully led teams in the delivery of Azure cloud solutions and has played a pivotal role in strategic planning and execution. Previous positions at Microsoft include Program Manager, Professional Development Manager, and Enterprise Strategy Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed hiring and training talent, managing consultant teams, and developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 50 clients. Prior to Microsoft, Korey was a consultant at Accenture focusing on financial services and served as a Communications & Computer Systems Officer in the US Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Science and Management from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Business Administration from Concordia College.
