Kristi Schwartz

Kristi Schwartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Microsoft, where Kristi has held multiple senior leadership roles since September 1999. Currently serving as Senior Director of Worldwide Learning Planning & Operations, Kristi oversees planning and operations for the Worldwide Learning Field team, impacting thousands of employees and customers globally. Previous roles include Senior Director of Industry Learning, where Kristi focused on enhancing industry knowledge and digital selling skills among customer-facing employees, and Senior Director of Global Sales Readiness, which involved developing comprehensive learning experiences to boost sales capability. Additionally, Kristi led efforts as General Manager for various divisions, including Chief of Staff for Microsoft North America, where Kristi managed executive engagement and business operations. Kristi holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University.
