Lance Andrews

Lance Andrews is the Director of AI Transformation Advisory for the Americas at Microsoft, where they lead efforts to drive organizational transformation through AI and employee experience innovation. With over two decades of experience in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Lance has guided enterprise customers through significant AI and workforce transformations. Previously, they have held various consulting roles, including positions at The White House, CEB, and SHL. Lance earned a B.S. from The University of South Dakota and an M.A. from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams, Lance focuses on enabling CXO-level leaders to achieve measurable impacts through strategic insights.
