Lee Grigsby is an experienced leader in support engineering and customer experience, currently serving as the Director Support Engineering - Security Global Lead at Microsoft since March 2019. In this role, Lee leads a team focused on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Security, driving exceptional customer support and collaboration across global Azure Security services. Prior to this, Lee held various leadership positions at Finastra, overseeing customer support and service transformation for financial institutions, and at Microsoft from 1997 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing business operations, product management, and customer relationship services. Lee's educational background is from Abilene Christian University.
