Leonardo Monte

Leonardo Monte is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, focusing on Cloud & AI Engineering. They began their journey at Microsoft in 2015 as a Finance Manager in the Worldwide Central FP&A organization, where they gained valuable insights into revenue management across various departments. After transitioning to the Cloud + AI Finance team, Leonardo developed skills in cloud consumption and ROI assessments, ultimately taking on the role of program manager for engineering capacities within the organization. Prior to Microsoft, they worked at Itaú Unibanco for over seven years, enhancing processes and training sales teams, and completed an MBA internship at Google, where they analyzed cost-saving opportunities within the payroll department. Leonardo holds a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
