Lesley Gong is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner currently serving as the Director and Hong Kong HR Lead at Microsoft, where they oversee people-related programs and HR strategies to support business growth. Previously, Lesley worked as a Senior HR Manager at Microsoft and a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon, demonstrating expertise in succession planning, talent development, and organizational design across the internet, power, and machinery industries. Lesley holds a Master’s Degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration Management from Beihang University.
