Leticia Gammill

Leticia Gammill is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and business development, currently serving as the EMEA Security GTM Lead - Enterprise and Director of Security, Compliance and Identity GTM Sales Programs at Microsoft since December 2021. Gammill is also the founder and president of WOMCY, a non-profit organization aimed at empowering women in cybersecurity through development programs. As a board advisor at Vaultree, Gammill contributes strategic insights, while prior roles include leading GTM Strategy at Cisco for the Americas, achieving significant sales growth at Palo Alto Networks, and managing business development at Avaya. Gammill holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University and possesses a strong background in hospitality management.
