Lou Nagy

Lou Nagy is currently a Regional Facility Manager at Microsoft, where they oversee the daily operations at the Charlotte campus and manage the annual operating and capital budget. With extensive experience in facility management and project management, Lou previously served as Chief Air Traffic Controller in the U.S. Air Force for over two decades, where they were responsible for training, testing, and coordination with multiple agencies. Lou holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Aeronautics from Trenton State College, earned between 1989 and 1993. Passionate about continuous improvement and education, Lou encourages teamwork and motivates colleagues to pursue additional training and development.
