Lucas Couto

Lucas Couto is a Design Director at Microsoft Mixed Reality, where they focus on the intersection of Industrial Design, User Experience, and Strategy, driven by a passion for Extended Reality (XR). With over 10 years of experience in consultancy and corporate practice across Brazil, Norway, and the US, Lucas previously held positions as Lead Industrial Designer at Grupo Criativo and Senior Industrial Designer at EGGS Design. They co-founded the Weekly Design Challenge, a community aimed at enhancing sketch skills among industrial designers. Lucas continues their education at Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais.
