Malcolm Railey

Malcolm Railey graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2011 with a B.S. in American Legal Studies and a concentration in Systems Engineering. An Army veteran of 9 years, they served in various roles, including Engineer Officer and Brigade Operations Officer, while obtaining an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Currently, as a Senior Account Executive at Microsoft, Malcolm leads digital transformation efforts for retail and consumer goods. Their passion for team leadership, problem-solving, and connecting with others is complemented by their volunteer work with the West Point Society of Columbia and Duke's Armed Forces Association. In their free time, Malcolm enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling.
