Manuel Nunes is currently a Senior Technical Advisor at Microsoft, where they focus on product management and operational excellence. With a strong background in engineering and data science, they have effectively managed support operations for teams across EMEA and contributed to the development of generative AI tools for customer support. Previously, Manuel served as a Data Scientist at BNP Paribas and held internships as a Full Stack Developer. They also shared their expertise as a guest lecturer at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and have been active in community service as a board member of Equipa d'África.
