Manuel Rubiralta

Manuel Rubiralta is the Senior Director at Microsoft, leading the Strategy and Business Planning team. With extensive experience in various roles at Microsoft, they have driven significant initiatives in consumer marketing and business strategy, particularly for the Xbox platform. Previously, Manuel co-founded Blue Label Mexico, where they scaled operations significantly, and held a senior director position at Visa, focusing on emerging payment technologies. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Financial Management from Babson College and an MBA in Analytic Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
