Manuela Kays

Manuela Kays is a professional with extensive experience in consulting and business analysis, particularly in digital transformation and agile methodologies. Manuela served as a Senior Consultant at Changi from September 2018 to May 2020, managing industry-focused projects in the GCC region with a focus on Salesforce implementations. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at Aqeed, Consultant at Microsoft, and Intern in the MIS department at Al Mawarid Bank. Manuela holds a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut, complemented by earlier education at Rawdah High School.
