Margaret Horak

Margaret Horak has extensive experience in instructional design and curriculum development, beginning as a Technical Instructor at GTE from 1978 to 1993 and later transitioning to roles such as Curriculum Designer at XO Communications in 1999. Since November 2001, Margaret has served as the Owner and Principal of The Evergreen Group, LLC, while also functioning as the Lead Instructional Designer for Microsoft Learning. Additional roles include Board Member positions at The Lincoln Theatre and Mount Vernon Farmers Market, and a previous role as an instructional designer/trainer at CCSS. Margaret has a strong background in facilitating strategic planning and managing teams of instructional designers, emphasizing quality and detail in courseware development.
