Mariasol Hill

Mariasol Hill is an experienced Senior Manager currently leading the Global Intern Program at Microsoft, where they drive initiatives to enhance the intern experience within a culture of learning and growth. Previously, Mariasol worked at Carnegie Mellon University as a Career Counseling Intern and held various roles at the University of Washington, including Area Director and Assistant Director for Residential Life. They also gained early experience as a Financial Analyst at Foot Locker, Inc. Mariasol holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
