Marisela Cerda

Marisela Cerda is a seasoned professional in technical community development and engagement, with extensive experience at Microsoft from 2004 to 2017. They held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Program Management and Senior Engineering Program Manager, where they contributed to mentorship programs and diversity initiatives. Marisela earned an MBA from Seattle University and an Executive Management Certificate from the University of Washington, and they are actively involved in promoting inclusion and equity within the workplace as a co-lead for the Women at Microsoft Employee Resource Group.
