Mark Cheesmore

Mark Cheesmore is a Cloud Operations Group Manager at Microsoft, where they manage a team focused on Cloud Credits, Discounts, and Subscription Life Cycle Management. Previously, they held key positions at Ericsson, where they were the Head of Business Operations and Head of Services for the UK and Ireland, overseeing thousands of employees and driving organizational transformation. Mark also contributed to Cisco as a Sales Strategy and Planning Manager, leading strategic sales efforts in Ireland and Scotland. They earned a Master's Degree in Change and Leadership from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Electronics at the University of Warwick.
