Mark Dorsch is a successful leader, salesperson, and trainer with a passion for working with others and finding solutions to problems. Beginning their career at the age of 19, Mark gained valuable leadership experience at DTW airport before transitioning to the cell-phone industry, where they climbed from part-time salesperson to store manager over five years, receiving multiple awards for excellence. Currently, Mark works as a Customer Success Trainer at Microsoft, presenting live trainings to enhance customer productivity with Microsoft 365 products, while also serving as a Training and Quality Analyst at AAA Life Insurance Company. Mark is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in 2025.
