Mark Jeffrey is a Technical Diplomat and Standards Officer with expertise in cloud computing and IT accessibility. Currently, Mark dedicates time to developing standards within various organizations, including Gaia-X, ISO/IEC JTC1, and ETSI. Mark has served as the Head of the UK national delegation to ISO/IEC SC38 and played key roles in cloud computing management within ITU-T. With a background in telecom engineering dating back to 1983, Mark holds an LL.M in International Law and has previously been a principal technical diplomat for Microsoft in Geneva.
