Mark Knight currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Outlook organization at Microsoft, leading a team of over 500 employees. They previously led Outlook Search & AI, modernizing search capabilities and developing AI-driven experiences within the Outlook apps. With extensive experience in program management, Mark played critical roles in creating the Mail & Calendar apps for Windows 10, and designing co-authoring experiences in Office. Mark holds a Master of Science degree from Iowa State University, where they also completed their undergraduate studies.
