Martin Cullen

Martin Cullen is the General Manager for Microsoft’s Small, Medium, and Corporate sector in Western Europe, a position held since 2017, where they lead efforts to empower organizations through technology and digital transformation. Previously, Martin served as Corporate Sales Director at Microsoft from 2016 to 2017 and as PSG GM for Ireland at Hewlett-Packard from 2004 to 2009. With a strong focus on collaboration, continual learning, and community growth, Martin emphasizes the importance of equipping individuals with the necessary skills for success in a digital-first world. They are currently pursuing a BSc in Management at Technological University Dublin while holding a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors Ireland, completed in 2019. Outside of work, Martin values family and physical fitness, enjoying running as a way to maintain energy and clarity.
