Matt Baker

Matt Baker is an Outside Plant Telecom Engineer with over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry. They previously worked as a Network Analyst at Comcast Cable from 2007 to 2011, where they managed outages and supported various platforms. From 2011 to 2018, they served as a Sr Engineer in Planning & Design at Comcast, focusing on fiber design and creating custom maps for new builds. Currently, Matt fulfills the role of Outside Plant Telecom Engineer at Microsoft. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from City University and a degree in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University.
