Matt Blair

Matt Blair is a Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst currently working as a Senior Security Researcher at Microsoft since 2024. Previously, they held the position of Senior Cyber Threat Investigator with The Paranoids at Yahoo from 2020 to 2024, and served as a Cyber Threat Analyst for the Pentagon CIRT at CGI Federal from 2012 to 2014. Matt has also worked in various roles related to cyber threat analysis, including at Blair Cyber Solutions Incorporated and Punch Cyber Analytics Group. They earned a B.S. in Business Administration from West Liberty University and a Master's in Organizational Leadership, along with certificates in Cyber Security and Terrorism and Homeland Security from Southern New Hampshire University.
