With 20 years of experience, Matt has crafted a variety of content, including UI text, marketing materials, and help articles, and previously managed technical writing teams across multiple locations. Matt has also trained numerous writers in modern voice principles and has contributed significantly to onboarding processes for new Azure services. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at Western Washington University, Matt is passionate about creating effective content strategies and enhancing customer experiences.
