Matthew Kupperman

Matthew Kupperman is a Partner Director of Verification & Validation at Microsoft, where they lead a global organization focused on IP/Subsystem Design Verification, SOC Design Verification, Emulation, and Post-silicon Validation of the Cobalt server family silicon. With over 25 years of experience, Matthew has previously held leadership roles at Intel, including Director of Pre-silicon SOC Integration Verification and Senior Director of Client/Devices Post-Silicon Functional Validation. They successfully transformed verification teams and drove innovations in execution tools and processes, significantly enhancing product quality and team collaboration. Matthew holds an MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
