Meaghan Angelo

Meaghan Angelo is a Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader at Microsoft, where they have developed a strong focus on operational HR and Talent Acquisition strategies. Meaghan began their career at Penn State University as an Admissions Counselor from 2001 to 2005 and later joined Microsoft in 2012 as an Engineering University Recruiter. Over the years, they have held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of University Talent Acquisition and Global Talent Acquisition Process Leader, successfully managing recruitment efforts that resulted in over 1,200 hires annually across multiple regions. Meaghan holds a degree from Penn State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
