Meghan Rolfe, PhD, is currently a Principal UX Researcher at Microsoft, where they lead quantitative and qualitative research for the Teams growth portfolio. With over 10 years of experience, they previously held positions at Meta as a Lead UX Researcher and Research Manager, focusing on identity verification and misinformation strategies. Prior to that, Meghan worked as a Senior Research Consultant at InSites Consulting, managing large-scale international research projects across various industries. They also contributed to academia as a lecturer and research assistant at Kingston University. Meghan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Research Psychology and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Communication and Social Justice at the University of Windsor.
