Mia Harper

Mia Harper is an experienced professional with over 20 years in various administrative and judicial support roles, including more than 5.5 years at Microsoft as an Executive Business Administrator and Procurement Lead. Previously, Mia served in key positions at the City of Bothell and Pend Oreille County, where they supported presiding judges, managed court calendaring and documentation, and improved departmental processes. Mia also held the role of Foreign Exchange Program Manager at the Tashkent Financial Institute, overseeing the program's operations and financial management. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Communications from the Republican Fine Arts College.
