Michael Daniel Fanous is a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, where they assist enterprise customers in optimizing their Active Directory environments through assessments and workshops focused on AD and PKI. Previously, they served as a Technical Support Engineer at Concentrix and held various QA testing roles at Test IO and uTest. Additionally, Michael worked as a Bilingual Customer Specialist Advisor at Webhelp and contributed to Delivery Quality Assurance at Huawei Enterprise Northern Africa. They earned a degree in Languages-Chinese from Ain Shams University and spent a year studying at Peking University.
