Michael Gallacher

Michael Gallacher is the Equipment Quality Manager EMEA at Microsoft, where they focus on enhancing internal quality capabilities and resolving customer issues. Previously, they served as the Group Quality and Environmental Manager at Elcometer, implementing a Total Quality Strategy across all departments. Michael also held roles at Eaton Electrical, including Divisional Quality Manager and Supplier Quality Manager for EMEA, where they were instrumental in driving change and improving quality strategies. They began their career as a Quality Engineer at Celestica, working with major clients and ensuring product quality standards. Michael holds a degree from Manchester Business School.
