Michael Kersh

Michael Kersh is a Principal Design Engineer at Microsoft, where they have been instrumental in leading and creating complex microarchitecture designs for ASIC using custom RTL solutions since 2013. They previously held positions as a Senior Design Engineer and a Silicon Design Engineer, contributing to various aspects of architecture, verification, and chip validation while employing scripting languages for production tool integration. Michael began their career with internships at both Microsoft and Texas Instruments, gaining valuable experience in custom RTL design and PCB development. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014, where they also provided tech support as a Residential Technology Lead.
