They currently serve as a Senior Director of Business Development at Raft, leading growth strategy and shaping opportunities aligned with operational mission needs. With over two decades of experience, Michael has held leadership roles at Microsoft, Raytheon, and the U.S. Air Force, where they honed their skills in business development and systems engineering. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona and two Master's degrees—one in Engineering Management and another in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
