Michele Delfs

Michele Delfs is currently the Chief of Staff for People Consulting and Engagement at Microsoft, where they utilize their extensive program and business management experience to create positive working relationships across the organization. Previously, they held various roles at Microsoft, including Global Program Manager and Sr. Program Manager in multiple sectors such as Performance & Development and Global Talent Acquisition. Michele's career began as a Project Manager at Who's Calling and continued as a Project Coordinator for Microsoft at Endeavor Consulting. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton.
