Michelle Cone, M.A., is a Senior Program Manager in Performance and Development at Microsoft. They have previous experience in various roles, including Manager of Career Development & Learning and Implementation Manager for Talent Development. Prior to Microsoft, Michelle worked at T-Mobile, where they launched multiple development programs, and at Nordstrom, where they excelled as a Sales Associate. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University. Currently, they are pursuing additional education at ESI International/George Washington University.
