Mike Bianco

Mike Bianco is a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Microsoft, where they lead the development of foundational AI technologies. Previously, as a Senior Research Scientist at Clarifai, they specialized in computer vision model research and development, focusing on object detection and scene classification. Mike has also held various engineering roles at Pratt and Whitney Rocketdyne, contributing to performance analysis and systems engineering for rocket engines. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University and a PhD in Applied Science from the University of California, San Diego.
