Mike Jackson

Mike Jackson is currently the General Manager and Associate General Counsel at Microsoft, where they lead the AI Governance, Enablement, Learning, and Legal function. They are responsible for ensuring that AI innovations are safe, transparent, and beneficial to humanity while managing enterprise risk and providing regulatory oversight. Previously, Mike held various leadership roles at Target, McDonald's Corporation, and The J.M. Smucker Company, where they provided strategic counsel on employment relations and compliance. Mike's extensive legal experience includes managing complex workplace issues at Microsoft in their earlier role as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel. They are pursuing their degree at Middle Tennessee State University.
