Mike Potwin

Mike Potwin is an experienced cross-functional leader with a diverse background in technology and sales operations. They held various roles at Microsoft from 2022 to 2024, including Integration Director and Sales Excellence Leader, where they focused on integrating acquired companies and driving sales excellence initiatives. Prior to Microsoft, Mike served as Director of the Technology Business Unit at Grand & Toy and held multiple leadership positions at Softchoice, contributing significantly to business strategy and development. Their early career included a short-term contract at CIBC Mellon for IT vendor management. Mike has also pursued education at Wilfrid Laurier University and is currently engaged in studies at Lawrence Park.
