Mounika Rendedla is a seasoned software engineer with a robust background in application development and technical consulting. Mounika began a career in software development as a Junior Associate at SapientNitro and progressed through roles at IBM India Pvt Ltd as an Application Developer and at Deloitte India as a Technical Consultant. Mounika further honed skills at Willis Towers Watson's OneExchange as a Software Developer and intern before transitioning to a Software Engineer II position at Microsoft in February 2020. Mounika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Utah.
