Naoko Enomoto

Naoko Enomoto is currently the Asia Regional Modern Work and Security GTM Leader at Microsoft, where they focus on sales and operations enablement. Naoko has a diverse background with experience at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Associate in the Investment Banking Division, and at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Finance Manager and later as a Finance Controller. Prior to their role at Microsoft, Naoko held various leadership positions in developer marketing and customer success within the company, and contributed to the start-up of the equity derivatives business at HSBC Japan. Naoko earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds degrees from Keio University and Dartmouth College.
