Naresh Kannan

Naresh Kannan is a Technical Fellow and Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, where they have been a key leader in developing Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and OneDrive, since 1999. Naresh's contributions have driven SharePoint's storage use to grow exponentially, and they played a pivotal role in transforming SharePoint On-Premise Server into a world-class service. Prior to their extensive work at Microsoft, Naresh began their career as a Software Design Engineer at Neterra/Poppe Tyson. Naresh holds a BS from Manipal Institute of Technology and an MS from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
