Naresh Kumar Bade

Naresh Kumar Bade has extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in roles at Microsoft. Beginning as a Software Design Engineer, Naresh contributed to significant projects including the shipping of Vista and Windows 7 Service Pack 1. Notably, Naresh served as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on Hyper-V and Azure, where key achievements included the design of replication support for clustered virtual machines and the architecture of the Azure Live Migration platform. Naresh’s contributions to Azure Site Recovery earned recognition with the Microsoft IDC Innovation Award in 2014. Currently, Naresh holds the position of Principal Engineering Manager, leading the Azure Live Migration team and focusing on minimizing customer downtime and reducing costs. Naresh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
