Nathalie D'Hers

Nathalie D'Hers is the Corporate Vice President of Employee Experience at Microsoft, where they lead a team focused on enhancing the workforce's impact in the AI economy. Previously, they served as the Corporate Vice President of IT, responsible for digital services that support over 300,000 employees and vendors globally. With a decade-long history of leadership at Microsoft, Nathalie has been recognized as the 2025 Seattle ORBIE Global CIO of the Year. They are also an advocate for diversity and wellness in the workplace while holding a Master’s Degree from Ecole de Commerce Pau. Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys running and spending time with family and dogs.
