Nemanja Malisevic

Nemanja (Neno) Malisevic is the Senior Director of Digital Diplomacy at Microsoft, where they lead efforts in cybersecurity norms and multistakeholder diplomacy. With over 20 years of experience, Neno has successfully built relations with key government stakeholders and regulators, particularly focused on protecting democratic processes from cyber threats. They previously served as a Coordinator and Cyber Security Officer with the OSCE, where they significantly contributed to the establishment of cybersecurity strategies and measures. Neno holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Cardiff University and a Master's degree in International Security Studies from the University of St Andrews.
